So after much procrastination, I have decided to get TipTopTweet online in its current state and keep it online.
TipTopTweet allows users of Twitter to vote up or vote down other users and web links by adding a special hashtag to their tweets. Check out the FAQ page if you want to learn more.
Hopefully it will be useful to some people, if not, I will use it to catalogue my own votes on what I find interesting on Twitter. Either way I'm very proud of the site and I hope you enjoy using it.
